These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bright Plain Systems website and software we publish, including Lessons Invoicing. By using our website or apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The services

Bright Plain Systems provides this company website and publishes applications for independent professionals. Lessons Invoicing helps users create, send, and manage invoices. Features may change over time. Product-specific terms for Lessons Invoicing are also available at lessonsinvoicing.com/terms.

Accounts and purchases

Some features are free. Paid features, if offered, are billed through the Apple App Store. Apple’s terms govern payment, renewal, and refunds for those purchases. You are responsible for keeping any account information accurate and for activity that occurs under your account or device.

Your content

You retain ownership of invoices, student records, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the services you request, such as sending an invoice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with applicable invoicing, tax, and privacy laws in your work with students and clients.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, access them by unauthorized means, or use them for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Disclaimer

The website and apps are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Bright Plain Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from use of the services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
